Licensed in 1996, Simone A. Shaw-Disla has over 18 years of experience in the residential market with sales in new construction, pre-foreclosure (short sales), foreclosure, and existing properties throughout Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, and Essex counties. During this time she has earned many awards and designations including the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award in 2001 and 2003-2009.

Simone assists and guides her clients through each phase of the real estate transaction whether buying, selling, or renting. She strives to provide exceptional, honest, and professional service to all clients and customers.

Simone is an e-Pro® Internet Professional, which means that she has superior technology skills with respect to social media, marketing and business management.

Simone also received the ASP® Accredited Staging Professional which allows her to offer her client staging advice to help them to better prepare their home for marketing and sale.
